One Factory for Personal, Sensor, Tracker and Repeller Alarm Products
Personal alarms, sensor alarms, trackers and repellers, engineered and produced to your OEM specification — so you source a full product line from one electronic safety products supplier.
Our Security & Safety Product Categories
Personal-safety and sensor-alarm product lines across the full range — pick a category for specs, customization and wholesale terms.

How You Can Work With Our Factory
Four engagement models — choose the one that matches how your program is set up.
OEM
You bring a finished spec or reference product; as an OEM personal alarm factory we build it to your electrical, structural and packaging spec, tooling included.
ODM
You bring a market need; our engineering proposes a design from our existing platforms, then customizes it — no engineering on your side.
Private Label
Our proven design, your brand: logo, color, retail packaging and manual under your name — the fastest route to a branded line.
Wholesale
Standard catalog items in volume, your logo optional — suits distributors stocking a broad range fast.
Who We Supply
Buyers across four channels source their safety-product lines from our factory — each with a distinct sourcing need.
Amazon / eBay power sellers
Need consistent units, compliant certs for listing, and packaging that survives fulfillment. We supply retail-ready, cert-backed units in repeatable quality so listings stay live.
See our certifications for listing complianceOverseas wholesalers / distributors
Need broad range and reliable restock from a single bulk safety products factory. Our 14-line catalog and repeat-order capacity cover a whole shelf from one PO.
Request the full catalogGift & promotional buyers
Need logo/color customization and quick turnaround on straightforward items like personal alarms and key finders. The private-label path fits these programs.

Need long-term OEM partners who can hold a spec and iterate. Our R&D and tooling support multi-season programs.

Our In-House SMT and Injection Molding Workshop
The electronics and the enclosure are both made here, not subcontracted.
We run SMT placement and plastic injection molding in-house, which is what lets us hold quality and lead time instead of coordinating between outside shops. On the electronics side, our SMT workshop handles solder-paste printing, automated component placement and reflow soldering for the PCBs inside every alarm, tracker and sensor, followed by AOI to catch placement and solder defects before boards move on.
On the enclosure side, injection molding produces the housings from our own or buyer-approved molds; controlling molding here is what makes a downstream mold-change customization practical rather than a subcontracted risk. Because both processes sit under our roof, a board change and a matching housing change are handled in one place — so revisions don't bounce between vendors and add weeks. This vertical control is also why our final quality check can test finished units against the exact spec they were built to.
Our R&D and Engineering Team
From a reference sample or a rough idea to a production-ready design.
Our R&D team covers the three disciplines a safety-electronics product needs: circuit/PCB design, mechanical structure design, and firmware development for the smart-sensor and tracker lines. When you bring a reference product, engineering reverse-analyzes it into a manufacturable spec; when you bring only a market idea, ODM engineering proposes a design from our existing platforms.
- Smart-sensor developmentDetection logic (PIR motion, door/window reed, water-leak probes, smoke chambers) + firmware that debounces false triggers and manages power so battery life meets the retail claim.
- Structure designEnclosures that are both moldable and field-durable — button feel, battery-door retention, IP-rated seals where the product needs them.
- Design checked against the lineBecause R&D sits next to SMT and molding, a design decision is checked against what the line can actually build before tooling is cut — fewer re-spins.
20+ in-house engineers across circuit/PCB, structure and firmware — the engineering capacity behind every customization option.

Our Order Process, With Timelines
What happens after you send an inquiry, and roughly how long each stage takes — ranges, not fixed promises.
Repeat orders are shorter than a first order because the design, tooling and QC plan are already fixed — batch-to-batch consistency is held by locking each run to the approved component lots and the same tooling, so restock matches the first shipment. Ranges vary by product complexity and order size; the exact schedule is confirmed on the quote. Process structure only — no unit pricing.
Custom Smart Sensor Alarm Options and MOQ Structure
What you can change on a b2b smart sensor alarm — and roughly what order volume each level needs. MOQ scales with how deep the change goes.
Customization runs from surface-level branding to structural mold changes, and MOQ scales with how deep the change goes: in-stock catalog items start at 500 pcs, custom logo / color / packaging from 1,000 pcs, decibel or function changes from 2,000 pcs, and tooling-dependent mold changes from 3,000 pcs. Exact MOQ per SKU is confirmed on quote — no unit price on this page.
How We Control Quality
What we inspect, at which stage, and how alarm output is verified.
Quality control is built into the line rather than bolted on at the end, and a pre-shipment AQL sampling inspection (general level II, AQL 2.5 for major defects) runs alongside 20+ inspection checkpoints across the line — checking appearance, packaging and labeling, with a photo/test log issued for each lot so you can verify before the container leaves. This works because we test finished units against the exact spec they were built to, in the same factory that built them.
AOI after SMT
After SMT, AOI checks every board for solder and placement defects before assembly.
Every unit powered on
The alarm must sound, the sensor must trigger, the tracker must pair — no dead unit ships (not sampling, on core function).
Sound measured vs. spec
Output is measured with a calibrated sound-level meter; batches reading below spec are held.
Export Packaging and Worldwide Shipping
How your order is packed, documented and shipped to your market.
60+ countries served, with DDP door-to-door available to major markets; transit times are confirmed per lane on the quote.

Why Wholesale and OEM Buyers Source From Our Factory
The single question that decides your supplier: are you buying from the factory, or from a middleman? Here is the difference, dimension by dimension.
| Dimension | SafeTech Factory (manufacturer) | Trading company (reseller) |
|---|---|---|
| Price origin | Factory-direct — no middleman markup, so you pay the factory price | Adds a margin on top of the factory's price |
| Customization depth | Circuit, firmware and mold-level changes | Limited to what its supplier already offers |
| Lead-time control | We schedule our own SMT + molding line | Depends on a third-party factory's queue |
| QC accountability | We test the units we built — one accountable party | Relays defects between buyer and an outside factory |
| Tech support | Direct engineer contact for spec issues | Passes questions along, slower answers |
| MOQ flexibility | Set by our own line | Constrained by its supplier's terms |
If price, customization and accountability matter, source from the factory.
Get a Factory QuoteCertifications and Compliance
The approvals your listing and customs clearance depend on — cert names shown, numbers provided on request.
CE
Required to place electronic products on the EU/EEA market.
RoHS
Restricts hazardous substances; required for EU sale and expected by serious buyers globally.
FCC
Required for the RF/wireless lines (trackers, wireless sensors, bike alarms) sold into the US.
Additional documents available per product where relevant: MSDS and UN38.3 for battery-containing items (needed for air/sea freight and marketplace listing). A compliance pack — CE/RoHS/FCC declarations plus applicable test reports — is downloadable or sent on request. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and per-SKU scope are provided on request.
| Product line | Documents needed |
|---|---|
| Battery-powered trackers | UN38.3 |
| Wireless lines (trackers, wireless sensors, bike alarms) | FCC |
| Pepper spray | MSDS UN transport |
| All EU-bound electronics | CE RoHS |
How We Lower Your Sourcing Risk
The commitments that make a first order with a new OEM electronic alarm vendor safe.
Sample policy
A functional sample before bulk so you approve the real product, not a photo; the sample charge is credited in full against your bulk order.
24-hour quote
Send a spec and get a written quote within one business day, so evaluation doesn't stall.
Free re-design / DFM
We iterate the design at no extra charge until the first article is approved (within the agreed spec).
Defect handling
Units that fail QC-verified inspection are re-worked or replaced at our cost.
