Real-Decibel Testing Against Rated Output
The most common complaint in this category is a unit labelled 130 dB that is not that loud in the room. That gap is where listings get bad reviews and where a distributor loses trust in a supplier. We close it with a measurement step, not a marketing claim.
Every model is checked with a calibrated sound-level meter at a fixed 30 cm, label-standard distance in a controlled test position, and the reading is compared against the model's rated output. A unit rated at 130 dB has to measure within its stated tolerance on the meter; the 120–140 dB range across the line is verified the same way. Batches that read below spec are held and reworked rather than blended into a shipment.
